One of the most common things I come across as an editor are incomplete sentences that don't have any coherent meaning (often coupled with incorrect punctuation). There will be a grouping of words that make sense together in a vague context, but the words lack distinct meaning, especially for those who are not as fluent in the topic as you are.
For instance, the above sentences could have been like this:
Common thing to come across, incomplete sentences - no coherent meaning. Group some words together for a broad idea of thought but no real meaning especially for people who don't know as much.
One paragraph is clear; the other, chaotic.
